Confusion species
Many species of Phyllonorycter are extremely similar, great care should
be given when separating these species. It is often impossible to
separate the adults of some species.

Lifestage data
Leaf miner. Eggs laid on underside of leaf. Larva forms tube like mine
from the midrib to almost the leaf edge. Pupates in a strong
greenish-brown cocoon within the mine. |
